KEVIN JONES JOINS PEUGEOT PR TEAM

I am pleased to announce the appointment of Kevin Jones to the post of Manager, Public Relations. Kevin will join my well established team from Wednesday 1 June.

Kevin led a key product PR role at MG Rover Group serving the media over many challenging years. He joins Peugeot with a wealth of PR expertise at a key time as we get ready to launch several new products. These include the chic little 107; the 1007 – the first car with electric front sliding doors; and the svelte 407 Coupé.

''I’m thrilled to be joining Peugeot at this time of new product development,'' said Kevin, adding: ''It represents a period of great expansion for Peugeot here in the UK with some fantastic new models for the British public to experience.''

Kevin will have specific product PR responsibility for the new 107, 307, 407 and 807 models, with specialist topics in dealer operations, the environment, diesel engine technology, motor sport, safety and security. He will be sharing Public Relations duties with Ian Sedgwick who looks after 1007, 206, 607, Partner, Expert and Boxer. Ian’s specialist areas include fleet PR, used cars and parts & service.
