IVECO ANNOUNCES SENIOR APPOINTMENTS IN TURIN

Iveco has announced two senior appointments at its worldwide headquarters in Turin, with Franco Augusto and Antonio Picca Piccon taking on the roles of Senior Vice President Financial Services and Chief Financial Officer of Iveco respectively.

This marks a return to the Fiat Group for Mr Augusto, who previously worked in Fiat Auto as Managing Director and General Manager of FiatSava and then as Area Manager Europe for Fidis Retail Italia, a financial company controlled by Fiat Auto and four of the leading Italian banks. Prior to re-joining the Fiat Group, he held the position of CEO of Auto Business in GE Capital Financial Services.

With this new role in Iveco, Mr Augusto has also been appointed CEO of Iveco Finance Holdings Ltd, the financial company established by Iveco in a joint venture with Barclays Bank.
Mr Picca Piccon’s latest appointment builds upon his eight years experience within the Fiat Group, which most recently saw him responsible for the Treasury of Fiat Auto. He also played a key role in establishing Iveco Finance Holdings Ltd.
