VAUXHALL CV RETAILERS SET NEW SERVICE STANDARDS
14 April 2006 - Vauxhall

A day without your van is a day without work – unless you take it to one of Vauxhall’s new Commercial Vehicle Premier Service Centres.

Dedicated commercial vehicle service centres launched
Guaranteed same day repair and longer opening hours
Nationwide network for easy access

Britain’s largest van maker today launches its new nationwide network of 35 CV-specialist service centres that promise to maximise mobility and minimise downtime.

Each centre will be open for at least 70 hours per week, with a minimum opening time of 7.30am to 8.00pm Monday to Thursday, making sure you can visit at a time convenient to you and your business.

The Premier Service Centre promise includes CV-trained technicians at each retailer, meaning they will guarantee a same day repair providing parts are in stock, while for diagnosis or repair taking no more than 90 minutes no prior appointment is needed.

Should the vehicle need to be taken off the road, suitable alternative transport and onward mobility options are available. Every centre also has a dedicated service phone line for customers wanting to book in advance.

Covering a huge area of the country from Aberdeen to Plymouth, there is a centre within one hour’s driving time of almost 90 percent of UK households. They will cater for both fleet and retail customers.

A full list of PSCs and their locations can be found in Vauxhall’s latest Commercial Vehicle Retailer Directory, available from all dealers.
