MALCOLM WADE APPOINTED DIRECTOR SALES CADILLAC & CORVETTE EUROPE
Cadillac & Corvette Europe is pleased to announce that Malcolm Wade, previously Managing Director of the Cadillac & Corvette UK office, has taken over the position of Director Sales. He joined the European head quarters on January 1, 2006, in Breukelen, the Netherlands. Wade also retains his current responsibilities for the UK office. Wade (49) replaces Ewoud Vroegop, who has left Cadillac & Corvette Europe on January 1, 2006, to pick up a new challenge as Director Sales of Kroymans Hummer Europe. Vroegop was one of the pioneers to join the newly formed Cadillac & Corvette Europe organization in 2003 and he will now use that experience for building up a Hummer organization in Europe. Both Cadillac & Corvette Europe and Kroymans Hummer Europe are part of the privately owned Dutch-based Kroymans Corporation and responsible for the sales, marketing and distribution of the three US brands. Malcolm Wade has extensive motor industry experience in senior roles with prestige executive car manufacturers and specialist consultancy companies. Prior to setting up the Cadillac & Corvette UK organization earlier this year, he worked as Chief Operating Officer of Polk in Europe and as Managing Director of Mitac. Before that he spent 12 years with motor manufacturers rising to the position of Sales & Marketing Director for Volvo Cars (UK) Ltd., and becoming Managing Director of Rolls Royce and Bentley for the UK and the Middle East.
