HYUNDAI WEBSITE GETS EXTRA CUSTOMER-FRIENDLY FEATURES
20 November 2005 - Hyundai

The Hyundai customer website has received a facelift, with several new sections added to improve the visitor experience.

In the ‘compare the range’ section, viewers can find their ‘Perfect Match’ by selecting the most important features to them when choosing a car, such as engine size, model type, price or special features such as air conditioning or towing capability. The site will then find the most suitable Hyundai model by preference.

It’s an ideal tool for those who are new to the range, offering customers the right Hyundai vehicle solution to suit their needs.

Also new is a ‘Discover Hyundai’ historical section, exploring the company’s pioneering heritage, from its humble beginnings as a small Korean repair shop, to global manufacturing giant.

This section also looks to the future and where Hyundai is going, examining the company’s philosophy and its commitment to the environment, safety and new design and technology.

The ‘Dealer Locator’ tool now includes detailed maps to help customers pinpoint their nearest Hyundai approved sales or aftersales centre. Maps can be viewed from a single street right up to national level. Customers can also plan their route to and from their local dealer.

''These new sections will further improve the viewer’s experience of our website and engage more customers to Hyundai,'' said James Carrington, Customer Relationship Manager. ''The tools are ideal for those who are new to the brand and want to find out more.''
