TYRE TROUBLE? TEXT ATS EUROMASTER…
ATS Euromaster is tapping into the mobile phone texting phenomenon in order to beam the address of the nearest service centre to the mobile’s location at the time the message was sent. By simply texting ''tyres'' to 82025, the sender will receive the simple message: ''Thank you for your enquiry. Your nearest service centre is ATS Euromaster…'' along with its address and contact details and the exact straight-line distance from the position of the mobile. While ATS Euromaster’s unique service is free, users will be charged the standard texting rate set out by their service provider. Nick Gregg, managing director of ATS Euromaster, said: ''Our new text service is just another example of ATS Euromaster utilising the very latest technology to further enhance our customer service. ''We have ensured that finding a nearby ATS Euromaster service centre is as simple, and effortless, as sending a text message. Once there, our teams of technicians will be able to fully assist.''
