MU55 LES TO BE SERVED ON A PLATE AT DVLA’S DOWN HALL AUCTION
20 October 2005 - DVLA

Bodybuilders, weightlifters or anyone who has undergone some serious workouts in the gym could find their ideal registration, MU55 LES, at the next DVLA auction of highly distinctive registrations, which is being held for the first time at Down Hall, the luxury country house hotel near Bishops Stortford in Hertfordshire

The sale, which takes place between 27 and 29 October, features 1,450 registrations in total and while some registrations sell for five figure sums, many more are expected to sell for less than £1000 with reserve prices starting from just £250.

Damian Lawson, DVLA Personalised Registrations Auction Manager, commented: ''this is our first visit to the Bishop’s Stortford area and we have one of the broadest ranges of marks we have ever offered for sale. This combined with the impressive location should ensure the sale is exciting and a great day out too.''

To view the complete collection of registrations available at the Down Hall auction go to www.dvlaregistrations.co.uk

To register to bid at the auction, an auction catalogue must be purchased. Bids can be made in person at the auction, via the telephone, live on the internet or by post. Full details are available on the website.
